NITHEESH BALLAL

Co-Founder, BACK2BASICS

Nitheesh Ballal, the Co-founder of Back2Basics, brings 14+ years of experience in the Fitness space and 6+ years of professional experience to inspire a lifestyle transformation. After opening his first gym CrossFit Vyom and working with Cult.Fit, he founded VyomFit. This is when he understood that workouts and gyms should not be limited to bulk up, but to promote a healthy lifestyle. And that's what he did with Back2Basics & Lifestyle Score. He continues to lead a team of passionate individuals who want to reverse lifestyle conditions and slow down ageing.

Nikita Yadav

Co-Founder, BACK2BASICS

Nikita started working out in 2017. Her journey started with learning that 9 to 5 was not for her, and her escape was working out at the gym. So when she stumbled upon CrossFit Vyom, she fell in love with CrossFit. They founded VyomFit together and with their learnings, they co-founded Back2Basics. She brings her passion to the team, her passion to make health and fitness accessible and easy for everyone. Now she continues to grow Back2Basics to teach people that it’s not difficult to stay healthy and fit.
