Welcome to back2basics.fitness ("Website"), owned and operated by Vyom Fitness Private Limited ("BACK2BASICS," "we," "us," "our"), having its registered office at Acolade, S.No. 25/1A and 26/1, Flat No. 903, Bldg No. B-4, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra, 411014.
 

By accessing this Website or applying for our coaching programme, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. We may update this Agreement from time to time; continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
 

What We Offer

BACK2BASICS provides structured, strength-based coaching programmes ("Services") for individuals dealing with chronic musculoskeletal pain, delivered online via video call and self-paced digital content. We serve clients based in India and internationally.
 

We are not a medical or physiotherapy provider. Nothing on this Website or in our Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See "Health and Fitness Disclaimer" below.
 

The Application Process

Access to our Live 1:1 and Self-Paced coaching programmes is by application only. Applying requires payment of a non-recurring application fee of ₹499 (plus applicable taxes). This fee covers our review of your application and, where accepted, a scheduled assessment call.
 

If your application is not accepted, you will receive a full refund of the ₹499 application fee, processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. No further justification is owed to you beyond notification that your application was not accepted, and none is required from you to receive the refund.
 

If your application is accepted and you proceed to enrol in a coaching programme, separate programme fees apply as communicated to you directly before enrolment. Programme-specific cancellation terms are set out below.
 

Programme Fees, Cancellation, and Refunds

Once you have enrolled in and paid for a coaching programme (Live 1:1 or Self-Paced):

• Programme fees are due in full or per the instalment schedule agreed at enrolment.

• No refunds or cancellations are available once you have enrolled in a programme, regardless of how much of the programme has been completed or utilised.

• Our results guarantee (see below) is separate from this policy and applies only to clients who complete the full 12-week programme as prescribed.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Our Results Guarantee

For clients who complete the full 12-week REBUILD programme as prescribed, we guarantee that if your baseline pain intensity (recorded on Day 1 using a 1–10 scale) has not reduced by at least 80% by the end of Week 12, BACK2BASICS will continue coaching you at no additional cost until this outcome is achieved.

This guarantee:

• Is a commitment made by BACK2BASICS as a company, not contingent on any individual coach's availability

• Applies only where the client has followed the prescribed programme, attended scheduled sessions/check-ins, and completed the required self-assessments

• Does not constitute a medical guarantee of any kind and does not cover pain arising from a new injury, condition, or event unrelated to the condition assessed at intake

Health and Fitness Disclaimer — Assumption of Risk

Participation in our coaching programmes involves physical exercise and carries inherent risk of injury, as with any physical activity. By applying for and enrolling in our Services, you confirm that:

• You have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe, or you have consulted a qualified medical professional and received clearance to participate in a structured strength-training programme

• You will disclose, to the best of your knowledge, any relevant medical history, prior injuries, or conditions during the application and assessment process

• You understand that BACK2BASICS coaches are fitness professionals, not medical practitioners, and that our Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment

• You participate in all exercises and programming at your own risk, and you are responsible for stopping any activity that causes pain beyond what has been discussed with your coach, and for seeking medical attention where appropriate

BACK2BASICS is not liable for injuries resulting from participation in our programmes where the client has not disclosed relevant medical information, has not followed programming as instructed, or has continued an activity despite being advised to stop.

 

International Clients

BACK2BASICS actively serves clients located outside India, including in the United States, United Kingdom, and United Arab Emirates. Our Services are delivered online and are available to clients regardless of location, subject to your own compliance with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction regarding receiving coaching or wellness services from a provider based in India.

 

Responsible Use and Conduct

When applying for or using our Services, you agree that any information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of our booking, forms, or client platforms.

You agree not to:

• Access our Services through any automated, unethical, or unconventional means

• Copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our programme content, videos, or written materials

• Interfere with or disrupt our Website or platforms

 

Intellectual Property

All programme content — including video content, written guides, methodology, and branding — is the intellectual property of Vyom Fitness Private Limited and protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law. Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use as part of your enrolled programme only and may not be reproduced, shared, or redistributed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BACK2BASICS's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Website or Services is limited to the amount you actually paid to us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (including in relation to the health and fitness disclaimer above, where gross negligence on our part is not excluded).

 

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
