Chronic Pain Isn't a Life Sentence. It's a Strength Problem — And It's Fixable.

Incubated at NSRCEL | IIM Bangalore · Healthcare Cohort 2026

We help desk professionals resolve recurring shoulder, neck, back, hip, and knee pain through a structured 12-week rebuild — not another round of temporary relief.

Backed by a results guarantee. Built by a team that has lived this pain and rebuilt from it.

You're Not Broken. You're Undertreated.

Physiotherapy treats the flare-up. It rarely rebuilds the structure that caused it — so the pain comes back in three months, six months, a year.

Generic gym programming does the opposite. It loads a body that was never assessed for the specific dysfunction causing the pain in the first place — and often makes things worse.

We sit in the gap between the two. A phased, strength-based system built specifically for chronic musculoskeletal pain in people who sit 8-plus hours a day, travel for work, and don't have time to start over every few months.

Many of the professionals who come to us have already been told surgery may eventually be necessary. We exist as the structured alternative they try first.

RESTORE
Weeks 1–4

Focus on calming the nervous system and establishing technical movement basics. We restore your baseline mobility and manage recurring flare-ups without movement fear.

The 12-Week REBUILD System

A logical, strength-first progression split into three clear phases designed to take you from managing pain to owning your movement.

REBUILD
Weeks 5–8

Introduce structured loading and structural stability. This phase builds the core and hip resilience needed to handle long hours at the desk or during travel sessions.

STRENGTHEN
Weeks 9–12

Transition into advanced strength patterns. We ensure your back isn't just pain-free, but functionally robust for your favorite weekend activities and long-term health.

Chronic pain is rarely a pain problem. It's a strength problem — and it can be fixed.

I Rebuilt My Own Body. Then I Built the Programme.

Where It Started:

When Nitheesh stopped training after COVID, his back slowly started giving him trouble. 14 years of coaching knowledge — and he still struggled, because he was treating the pain, not the cause.

The Turning Point:

So he went deep into the science: joint mechanics, movement dysfunction, progressive loading. He rebuilt his body phase by phase — while running CrossFit Vyom under extreme pressure — and designed a system that didn't exist anywhere else.

Why It Matters For You:

Most solutions treat the episode. None build the structural foundation that prevents the next one. That gap is exactly what this 12-week programme is built to close.

NIKITA (CO-FOUNDER)

Nikita trained through all three trimesters of her own pregnancy and had a smooth, complication-free postpartum recovery as a result. That experience shaped what she believes about the body — that strength, built deliberately, changes what's possible at every stage of life.

She's since helped many women adopt strength training as a lasting, pain-free way to move through their lives. Today, she channels that same belief into content and awareness — using her platform to help more people understand why strength, not just movement, is what actually keeps pain away for good.

Hip arthritis diagnosed after delivery, surgery recommended. Pain-free walk of 2.3km by Day 3. Zero pain 70% of the time by Week 3. Zero pain 100% of the time by Week 8.

"I walked 10 laps without stopping this week. I didn't think that was possible for me anymore."

Santosh, Tech Professional

Radiating pain and leg numbness affecting daily movement. Progressed from 2-3 laps to 10 continuous laps. Stopped physio entirely — trusts the program more.

We Don't Offer Refunds. We Offer Results.

On day one, we baseline your pain intensity on a simple 1–10 scale. If it hasn't dropped by at least 80% by week 12, BACK2BASICS continues working with you — at no additional cost — until it does. This is a commitment from BACK2BASICS, not a promise tied to any one coach's availability.
