Payment information: Billing name and payment confirmation. We do not store your full card details — payments are processed securely by Razorpay, our third-party payment processor.

Usage information: How you interact with our Website, collected via standard analytics and, where applicable, advertising pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel) for the purpose of understanding and improving our marketing.
 

Health Information — Special Category

Because our Services involve physical coaching, we collect information about your pain history, injuries, and physical condition as part of the application and assessment process. This information is:

• Used only to assess your application, personalise your programme, and ensure your safety during coaching

• Shared only with the coach(es) directly delivering your programme

• Not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes

• Retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law

We use the information we collect to:

• Review and respond to your application

• Deliver and personalise your coaching programme

• Process payments and refunds

• Communicate with you about your application, programme, or account

• Improve our Services and marketing, using aggregated and anonymised data where possible

• Comply with legal obligations

• Service providers who support our operations (e.g., our website platform, Razorpay as our payment processor, scheduling tools) — bound by their own confidentiality and data protection obligations
