Your Fitness Consultation is a 15–20 minute guided session with our BACK2BASICS Community Manager or Coach to help you find the right path toward your health goals. This isn’t a sales call — it’s a practical, insight-driven discussion that helps you: ✅ Understand your current fitness level and limitations ✅ Learn how your daily habits affect your progress ✅ Get clarity on which of our programs (Group Classes / Personal Training / Remote Coaching) fits your lifestyle best ✅ Receive actionable steps to start your journey immediately 🌿 Who Is It For? Residents who want to start exercising but aren’t sure where to begin People struggling to stay consistent or manage time Anyone looking to build strength, reduce pain, improve energy, or reverse lifestyle diseases 🧠 What Happens in the Consultation: 1️⃣ You book your slot using our online scheduler. 2️⃣ Our team connects via call or WhatsApp to confirm your timing. 3️⃣ During your consultation, we discuss your lifestyle, goals, and barriers. 4️⃣ You get a clear recommendation on how to start (including trial options in your community).
