This is a 30–45 minute movement assessment call. Please make sure you have access to a laptop or desktop (not just a phone), a space where you can lie down comfortably, and wear clothing you can move freely in. Nitheesh will guide you through a few simple movements to understand your condition — and tell you honestly whether the programme is the right fit for you.
